Chemical scientific assistants, chemical technical assistants, CTAs(m/f/d)

‍Location: Heidelberg, Germany (On-site Focus)

We are looking to fill this position immediately.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and technical support to our ADC Chemistry Department.
• Perform and optimize organic chemical reactions, including ADC payload syntheses.
• Purify organic compounds using established methods.
• Apply standard analytical techniques for compound evaluation.
• Independently evaluate, document, and present experimental results.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or completed vocational training as a CTA (Chemical Technical Assistant) or Chemistry Laboratory Technician, with relevant professional experience.
• Strong practical expertise in organic synthesis.
• Confident and safe handling of toxic substances.
• Hands-on experience with common purification methods and standard analytical techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, a motivated attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Enthusiasm and commitment to working on applied and research-related projects within a team environment.
• Good command of English, as it is the company's working language.
• Solid proficiency in MS Office and ChemDraw.
